Founded by Brent and Denise Schumann in 2023, Fun Buns was born from a love of creative burgers, great vibes, and a need for a family friendly hangout. As Spring Branch residents who raised 3 kids in the area, they always felt there was a lack of this type of ‘3rd space’ for locals to enjoy.
As a locally owned and operated restaurant, Brent and Denise take pride in offering a spot where families, friends, and burger lovers of all kinds can come together for more than just a messy meal.
Whether it’s enjoying a Fat Daddy Melt, a Messy Bun, or cooling off with a shake while catching live music, our goal is simple: deliver the most fun you can have on a bun.
